Vela Bay runs nine bedroom configurations and 20 unit types from a 484 sqft 1 Bedroom + Study to two 1,765 sqft penthouses, and 16 of the 18 stacks carry one unit type from bottom to top. We can shortlist against your budget and household, send over the floor plans with room dimensions, and flag where the specification steps up, since the Household Shelter, separate yard, second WC and gas hob all arrive together at 3 Bedroom Premium.
Stack, floor and facing guidance. Thirteen of the 18 stacks are sea-facing, covering 373 of the 515 units, but the outlook only clears the surrounding low-rise buildings from Level 11 upward.
