Viewing is daily from 10am to 7pm by appointment, and booking ahead means a sales representative is free to walk you through the show units without a queue. Three unit types are built out in full, chosen to cover the three decision points in the range rather than simply to show the largest homes:

2 Bedroom Premium (Type 2BR P(A), 689 sqft): two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the sea-facing stack 08 of Block 1, and the widest of the four 2 Bedroom Premium layouts through the kitchen and dining zone at 29.2 sqm, with room to add an island top. Miele induction hob, integrated hood and built-in oven, Smeg fridge freezer and combined washer-dryer, Geberit sanitaryware and Newform mixers. Interior by Sujonohun.
3 Bedroom Premium (Type 3BR P(B), 1,033 sqft): three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a separate WC in the sea-facing stack 03 of Block 1, with 33.3 sqm of living and dining. The first tier to carry a Household Shelter, a 9.8 sqm yard and a fully enclosed kitchen with a window and glass panel, and the first where the hob switches to gas and the laundry becomes a separate Smeg washer and dryer. 5 Bedroom with Private Lift (Type 5BR PL, 1,582 sqft): the largest standard type, with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a WC in the sea-facing stack 05 of Block 1. A private lift opens into its own 4 sqm lobby, the kitchen splits into a 20.1 sqm wet kitchen and a 4.5 sqm dry kitchen, and it adds the Miele integrated dishwasher and under-counter wine chiller reserved to the private-lift types. What to Expect at the Vela Bay Showflat

Our sales representatives will start with an overview of the Vela Bay project information and the Bayshore precinct around it, then help you compare unit types and floor plans side by side against your household and talk through the numbers: an indicative loan quantum, the current Vela Bay price list, and a monthly instalment you can sanity-check yourself with the mortgage calculator.

Stack choice is the single most useful thing to work through in person. Sixteen of the 18 stacks carry one unit type from bottom to top, so for most of the development the stack fixes the layout, the facing and the floor area together; stacks 05 and 10 are the exceptions, switching to the two penthouses at Level 31. Thirteen of the 18 are sea-facing, covering 373 of the 515 units, though the outlook only clears the surrounding low-rise buildings from Level 11 upward. Stacks 10, 11 and 12 look down over the Vela Pool with the sea beyond it, and stack 02 faces the pool without a sea view past it. Bring a specific unit number if you have one in mind and we will pull the elevation chart for that stack.

Plenty else cannot be settled from a rendering. All three show units carry the published ceiling height schedule, 2.90m in living areas and bedrooms against 2.40m in the dining zone, kitchen and bathrooms, so you can stand in the difference rather than read it. Seeing the Miele, Smeg, Geberit, Newform and Blanco finishes in person, walking the actual room dimensions and standing in the wet and dry kitchen split tells you more in ten minutes than a floor plan does in an hour. One threshold is worth attention while you are there: 3 Bedroom Premium is where the Household Shelter, separate yard, second WC, gas hob and separate washer and dryer all arrive at once.
