Vela Bay Condo Virtual Tour
360° View Of The Vela Bay Showflat Units
Five 360° tours are available below: the show gallery itself, an aerial drone view of the surroundings, and each of the three unit types built out in full at the showflat.
The three show units are the 2 Bedroom Premium at 689 sqft, the 3 Bedroom Premium at 1,033 sqft and the 5 Bedroom with Private Lift at 1,582 sqft, which between them span both points where the specification steps up.
Click around to explore the spaces, then see the Vela Bay floor plans for the layouts of every other type, or book a viewing through the Vela Bay showflat page.

Aerial Drone View of Vela Bay Surroundings
The drone view is the most useful of the five for judging facing and outlook, because it shows the sea to the south across the East Coast Parkway and the low-rise landed estate inland. Thirteen of the 18 stacks face the sea, and the outlook clears the surrounding low-rise buildings from Level 11 upward. The Vela Bay location page sets out what is around the site at ground level.
2 Bedroom Premium Type 2BR P (A) 689 sqft
3 Bedroom Premium Type 3BR P (B) 1,033 sqft
5 Bedroom (Private Lift) Type 5BR PL 1,582 sqft
A tour shows finish and sightline but not scale against your own furniture, and it cannot show the 2.90m ceiling height in living areas and bedrooms the way standing under it does. The three units above are the ones built out at the gallery, so anything you want to check by hand can be checked in person.
